I realize that I am lossing my spelling ability through several interview experiences >< 
There are so many words I could not spell it properly, cause most of the time I use PC to type and there is spelling checking from application or the internet dictionary is too handy that I would look for once I forget the spelling, however, I never try to memorize it after checking.......

Although I believe I could perform Eng during working or in daily life, but it doesn't work for interview, and it is little bit crazy now there is often one and half hour writing test before you could reach the personal interview, and my mind just go empty during the writing test , cause they are testing the formal business writing format, but what I could give is my comment and idea, but not the format =口=

More, something interesting I have found recently. I don't know why I don't feel nervous at all for the interview, but it doesn't mean I am confident enough, it just likes I lose the emotion of nervousness. However, I admit that I couldn't go smoothly when the interviewer asks me to speak eng/ mandarin. My mind would be disconnected and could not change the channel promptly.

Second, nearly all the interviewers are women. I only meet one man as the interviewer till now.Oh, I could see man is disappearing from the workplace. hahaha

Third, I think writing test is quite acceptable to be happened during the interview, no matter one and half hours or just fifteen minutes, I do accept it. However, I feel annoying to be interviewed for 3 times for a post. Are you wasting your time and do you understand what is efficiency?

Fourth, when I don't possess the working experience for the post I apply, the interviewer said you didn't have the experience we expected from you. On the other hand, when I have the similar experience, they said if it was too boring for you to do the same job. Ah ha~ Ah ha~ Funny you !

Last, I have an interview this morning, and my stomach is aching. I have been to toilet 2 times before the interview. However, my situation is still bad during the interview, I cannot concentrate, and cannot write properly (use quite a lot of correction pen > <). Then, the women said you looked quite shy and quiet. Of course, the only thing rolling in my mind is I want to defecate!!!! How much I want to tell you~baby~~~~~~and I tell this to my mon, and she said it was the biggest misunderstanding about you.............OKOK, I know........

When could I end my interview journey? but so far I feel all the interviewers are kind and decent, but I have to improve my Eng and Mandarin, probably I would change my blog to eng channel first.......Orz
